I've only been selling Avon since last October but I was told that when people order from your eRep site it's always 20% earnings and they don't count toward the total order you submit on youravon.com. They do count toward your total sales (to qualify for PC) though. I hope that makes sense. Congrats on increasing your sales! I'm still struggling to get customers but still trying!
I have only been selling AVON for a little over a year but I thought that your earnings percentage didn't increase until you made President's club, but I could be mistaken, I'll have to review the representative website again. Congrats on your increased sales!

I've been an Avon representative for almost 3 years now, and I don't have many in-person customers. In a recent push to increase my business, I've worked diligently to create a Facebook page and partner with fundraising groups/teams to host online events. I just had an online event generate approximately $200 in sales in addition to my $100 in normal orders. Based on that, I was expecting to be in the 35% earnings bracket but when I received my invoice it reflected only 20% earnings. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Are online/direct delivery orders not included in the earnings toward your percentage?
