mmmm i know what you mean! the pizza i had the weekend WAS SOO GOOOD I ate two more slices for breakfast on sunday! haha and gave the rest to the bf for lunch hehe can't eat it all! :(

but mmmmm i'm eating so much chinese/vietnamese food these past 3 days i'm soooooooooooo HAPPY THAT I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CHALLENGE FOR THE WEEK! SO BAD!! :(

I had my share of pepperoni pizza yesterday for lunch. I was good and had only 2 slices but easily could've eaten half of the pie.
So I compensated it with an extra hour of walking.
I guess I shouldn't eliminate food I enjoy but just beware of how much I eat.
Yikes, my butter pecan frozen yogurt is calling me!

ok this food challenge thing IS A SUPER DUPER CHALLENGE! :( it was my friends bday today and.........we went for greek.... :( but i had a pizza.... yikes! it was loaded w/ toppings... and i only had two tiny slices though! :( probably went over my cal today.. sigh sooooo hard!!!!

i'm getting frustrated!emoticon

haha its kinda no mercy with adam.. hahaha and then i'll say.. YOU'LL MAKE ME CRY!! DON'T TAKE THE YUMMY FOOD AWAY!!! and he still won't budge b/c he know's im b-s-ing... wish we actually lived together though so he can stop me EVERY SINGLE TIME! and not just those once a week visits :( he doens't own a car right now so it's hard for him to visit me sometimes when i'm busy at home w/homework sigh...


ahhhh i was so bad yesterday! TOTALLY BROKE MY VOWS FOR TWO WEEKS! :( but i'll try harder I SWEAR!!! it sucks being an emotional eater too cause after dimsum i was pretty good :) then i stressed out w/my report and started eating cookies and crackers...

mmm i do'nt think dimsum is that bad either..but i ate some fried stuff..and a lot of carbs.........emoticon

Man, I was going to go to dimsum too yesterday but last minute change - we went to Red Lobster. I should have stuck to dim sum though, it would have been sooo much better for me. I actually don't think dimsum is that bad, I mean if you stick to the ha churn and ha gao's. Its just shrimp right??

But yes, I will vow as well that for the next two weeks, I will behave! I will be good, I will put down that cookie and glass of milk because I DON'T NEED IT!

But I understand when the BF comes into play. But mine gives in, not helpful, love him to death though cause he keeps trying. My own fault that I'm too cute for him when I'm pouting! lol... jk.

mmmm good point :D well technically monday is two days before my weigh in....... and since i gained a pound last week for being bad for 3 days! emoticon maybe i should skip it and be good all week because i weighed myself this morning and i'm back down to 145! woo hoo! but... if i want to see that number stay down.. i should really not go right? :D

say right! because i don't think i can handle it.. i have no restraint when it comes to dimsum/chinee food! well.. that's not true my cousin offered to bring home take out chinese for me tonight and i said no cause i was going to eat my chicken :D so that's something right? ahha but i was hoping that i would go for dim sum tomorrow! OMG! ahhhhhhh im going mentalllllllllll

Having dimsum is a dilemma.
I give myself the weekends off, at least one really bad day for the week. You should decide based on if you had your bad days already or not.

If you have already, don't do it. Stay strong sista'

trust me! you're not the only one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE FOOD AND I'M CONSTANTLY THINKING ABOUT WHAT I'M GOING TO EAT NEXT!!emoticon

mmm i had a chicken sandwich w/breat meat, cucumbers and light mayo (yum)

and i'm gonna have that for lunch tomorrow haha (chicken leftovers make the best sandwiches!)

Yikes I only have 500 calories left for dinner. I knew I didn't need that seafood salad! Darn. What's for dinner tonight ladies?

ahhhhhhhhhh make im stop! make him feel guilty everytime he does it..

i know its bad to do that but if that' they only way to get him to stop.. i'd do it..

i tell my bf to yell at me when i want junk...and he does and i love him for it and i hate him for it because I JUST WANTED ANOTHER FRY!!!!! HAHHA

and i made him feel HORRIBLE when he was eating chocolate around me! cause HE KNOWS I CAN'T EAT IT! so he walked out of the room w/the bag of mm's MY FAVOURITEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE and ate it in another room...

CONSTRAINT GIRLFIRED...CONSTRAINT! emoticon

now with that said........ i'm a lil bit over my calorie count......... :(

OK!

so as you've noticed, we've all been cheating a bit this past couple of weeks..... so we need to shape up!

so i challenge all of you to EAT HEALTHY AND WITHIN OUR CALORIE COUNT FOR TWO WEEKS!!!

I know it's going to be super hard! trust me.. I KNOW! Since i've been teeter tootering between 1500-1700 cal for the past week.....

but if we challenge each other and keep each other in line maybe we can accomplish this huh? and lose a few pounds along the way!!!

PS. DON'T THINK TO CUT BACK ON FITNESS THOUGH!
