I have occasional days when I feel that way--but I live with three cats and no humans to assist They need fed and watered, flea treatments (combing), litter cleaned and/or changed... and I'm diabetic on top of that, so I do not have the luxury of not getting up.
Not only do THEY need fed on time, so do I! LOL
Once I'm up... it's just routine now to do what needs to be done.
I readily admit that there are some days when my house looks like a train wreck, but I get through my routine and I survive... LOL
You need to make a routine for yourself and just follow it. The bad days, even if you don't do anything else, you do that routine. It can be hard, establishing a new habit, but it is not rocket science, and you're smart so I know
