I do use some meditation--mostly short burst, and then there's the mindfulness in motion type, like Tai Chi and slow motion dancing-- since being in a static position for more than a few minutes can often trigger painful muscle spasms for me. I also do physical therapy exercises that concentrate on stretching and strength-building. When ever I can, I do water aerobics, and every day I walk... even bad days I have to do SOMETHING-- use it or lose it, y'know? LOL
...and there's laughter. It releases endorphins!
