I've had low (normal) blood pressure all my life. I have passed out a couple of times though. I also tended to have a subnormal temp as well. In my earlier years I suffered from low blood sugar. A few years ago I was DXD with diabetes T2 but now that I've lost weight my numbers are back to prediabetic. Still have the low blood pressure though. ♥ Ruby

I just found out this weekend that both Hypoglycemia and Low BP (very low- hypotension) is tied to Fibro. I found it while searching for books at Barnes and Noble. I have always had lower BP (104/70s) but this past week it has dipped down to 98/76. I also have Fasting Hypoglycemia that isn't as bad now that I've changed my diet for the most part.
I just wanted to inform others of these 2 symptoms that tend to go under the radar when it's related to Fibro. Even my Rhuematologist didn't know about these and I've been pretty impressed with his info thus far.
Clean Eating is like a bad religion- full of obsession and accult thinking.
