Point collection is my fireworks that spark me on. I try for as much as possible. The wheels are not good to me so I earn them with other areas..
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.

I met my goal I have lost 25 pounds by my Birthday July 4th.
What sparks me is what others post , and I find that these things help me.
weight loss i kinda got a goal i try get 50 every day but high spins and ect get me whole lot more
I think of fireworks when I think of July. For this month, lets post about our "fireworks", our motivation.
What sparks you to go further - in anything (weight loss, habits, exercise, sparkpoints, etc.)?
The SparkPeople Bonus spin sparks me to get more points than I normally would. I've started again posting my food eaten and my fitness minutes to get to 25 points so I can spin that Bonus Wheel.
