Dragging some today and not entirely sure why. Maybe just the hat getting to me, Still coughing some from the big I had so maybe that is still hanging on a bit too. Will most likely take a nap this afternoon.

I biked to the gym this morning. There I took a 45 minute water aerobics class that included some ST and stretching. All told calories will come in around 2OOO though supper is in the air. Again. New plan to be made when I call my partner in a few minutes. I imagine it will involved steamed seafood and salad.
