FINALLY able to get back at this. After a week of traveling and a week of being sick, I was able to work out today. I rode my bike to and from the gym, where I met with my trainer for a 45 minute session that included a lot of ST and stretching as well as some cardio. Calories will come in around 2OOO today. I am still a little draggy so plan to take a nap this afternoon and be happy I can fit that in. I was amazed at how little I ached after so long without a real workout.
