Hi everyone Just thought I would check in. I have been on the semi truck with DH this last week. I feel pretty lucky, with all the bumping and bouncing that you can get out there only one day of bad pain until I came home and slept in my own bed. Woke up yesterday with a lot of hio and back pain but It did not last all day and today not so bad Hope everyone gets to feeling better and back up and moving again soon.
Today for me was a true fibro day. It's been raining sporadically for the past three days, and I HURT. Everywhere. but mostly my lower back. My dishes are not done, I've no way to cook a meal; I went to the store for the monthly shopping, gritting my teeth in pain the whole trip, and forgot two things: my diabetic supplies (??) and the money order to pay the rent! Fog, anyone?
When I got home, that was it. The rest of the day was limbo and extra pain pills that didn't even have the courtesy to make me drowsy! Drat! Wide awake in a cloud, and feeling like I was glued to the couch with muscle spasms all day! I HATE it when I let this stuff bench me...
...I want a rematch--and next time, I'M going to win! LOL

Stephanie, You made me laugh this morning, because I do the same thing and then in the morning say to myself whyyyyyy did I stay up but then remind myself that it was fun, so worth it. Today I am off to water aerobics, then chores,my calorie goal is 1500 calories and 1 hr of exercise. Have a great day !!!!! Janet ,

Slowwwww start this morning. No aches and pains, thank God. Just seriously dragging because we stayed up way too late making trip preparations and watching TV. I knew I shoulda gone to bed at 1O or before but noooooooooooo, just had to stay up for The Hatfields and McCoys and then we started talking and before I knew it, it was almost 1 am. So today is off to a slow start. Eventually, there will be a long bike ride. First work and chores.
The total calories should come in around 2OOO and exercise will probably be around 3O minutes.
