Back to the pool today! I have an appointment with my aquatic trainer in just under an hour so am scurrying about to be ready. I will bike there and back with a couple of stops en route home, one for "second breakfast" at the bookstore and another at the market.
The remainder of the day will be spent tangling with a poem that is giving me hassles and doing some prep work for vacation which starts Thursday afternoon.
I am pretty much pain free this morning so the day is rolling well thus far.
I will get to tracking today's food and exercise after the pool probably. No time before I go. I do know I am making an experimental salmon loaf for supper tonight because I remember liking it as a kid and want to see if I can make it for Su once she is here for summer. The day will come in around 2OOO calories and 7O minutes exercise.
