The only way I can manage the recipes thing is if I go to SparkRecipes and choose the "get sparkpoints" BEFORE I put the recipe on my tracker for the day! Kind of odd, that, but it has been working for me...

i always get the bonus i try to get 50 and its between 50-60 points i cant never get points for recipe for the day

I plan my daily menu ahead of time, and use my fitness tracker... and I also use the SparkPoints page and my Other Goals page as check lists for my activities for the day... I don't pay much attention to racking up bonus points, because it adds up without any real effort on my part...
