Sounds like a great way to spend the day--and planning ahead as ou've done will keep you right on track! I do that too when I can--and if I DO happen to get caught out unexpectedly, I have the SP phone ap... though it doesn't include the carbs info, it at least keeps me in calorie range! LOL

So today will be a little tougher than usual because I am eating out TWICE. Meeting an old college friend for lunch at applebees where we plan to have cocktails and having supper out with my partner and some of his engineering buddies at Friday's. So, pre armed seems to be the best way to go. I have been through both restaurants menus and nutrition facts and decided exactly what to order. In Applebee's case, there were LOTS of acceptable choices and they include calories in their menu so I can choose something different if I feel like it when I get there and make an informed choice. At Friday's I will just order what I know is in my calorie budget. Only way to go. I am pedaling to lunch and, if I am safe to pedal home after cocktails, will do so. If not, I will hang at the bookstore til Mike can retrieve me after work. Really cannot imagine I will have THAT much to drink but Mike pointed out this morning it sometimes only takes one drink to make me loopy so better to have a plan. he and I may go swimming before the Friday's outing. That would be really fun but depends on how late he is getting home from work.
Today will be around 2200 calories and 30 minutes exercise plus, maybe, the pool.
