Yes, we do. I just friended you. LOL!
We really DO have a lot in common--I eat six "mini-meals" every day, too! LOL
helps keep my blood glucose levels on an even keel, among other things... LOL
"The real secret of success is enthusiasm..." Walter P. Chrysler said it, I believe it. That's what I want in my life--to give my imagination a chance, to live with energy and enthusiasm!
Ralph Waldo Emerson said 'Life belongs to the energetic.' But you don't have to be frenetic and hyper--some energy is quiet and steady, like a heartbeat... and that works too! LOL

Ok so this is one of those days when, at 10 a.m., I already felt like I had put in a full day. It started at 3:30 a.m. when the alarm went off. Ugh. I wanted so badly to go back to sleep. I cursed a lot. But this stuff is important to my partner so I got up. From the yard, we were able to see the launch of Spacex' Dragon Capsule all the way into orbit about half way across the Atlantic! The noise was, well, loud, but not as deafening as I expected nor as loud as shuttle launches or landings. Very cool, this. I sure hope they are able to do everything they want on this mission.
Then, I did some chores, made breakfast, wrote some (my actual job), and was at the pool by 9 for a session with my trainer. Rode the bike to the gym and traffic was rough so its a minor miracle I was on time. Now, I am at Barnes and Noble having second breakfast. (I eat 6 times a day usually.) When I leave here, I will head home by way of market and post office. Need to get the sauce going for tonight's supper and then I lead a meditation at 1 my time. May collapse after that for real.
Hope it is a great day for you!
