It is a 5K Your Way Walking Training Program. It was part of the Spring Bathing Suite Challenge. It is a 5 week program. You start out walking 1 mile then 20 min. then 1.5 miles. Each week you add more time and a longer distance, until you are walking 3.5 miles. It is fun, I am in the 4th week.

Fibromyalgia is hard to figure out . Every day is a new challenge. I have poor circulation and they keep increasing the Amlodipine.It is a high blood pressure medication that opens the blood flow to my fingers and toes. So far it hasn't worked Now I have to check my blood pressure twice a week to make sure it isn't to low.
I keep doing exercises and was told it is ok to start jogging. I am doing virtual 5k walk. One good day is better then none. Good luck and keep up the good work.

Yesterday was a good day though I got very little of my actual work done. That's because I got very sleepy midday and took a nap before heading to the pool. I also had some pain last night, I mean more than the usual low-grade pain that is constant. Was surprised to find a rum drink at dinner cleared that right up. Not gonna make a habit of THAT but very good to know.
Today will include a longish bike outing, about 7 miles total and some time in the pool. That will all be after 2 pm. Between now and then, I have household chores, a tiny bit of yard work, a couple hours of work, and leading an online meditation group. THAT is plenty for one day so my partner is bringing home shrimp and salad makings for supper. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
