That's the only reason I stay with cable (which I continously have problems with). I couldn't get it on Dish. Love it! I also like watching Kiana's Flex Appeal. The show continously reminds the audience of how to lift weights correctly.

Does anyone here have the Fit Channel. I just found it on my cable t.v. and love it. I have been recording stuff to my dvr like crazy. If any of you have this station it is filled with all kinds of great work-outs if you cant get to the gym.
