When I was pregnant with my first daughter, my doctor told me that any time you drink coffee or tea, you should drink an extra glass of water to take its place. This was 20 years ago, so green tea wasn't popular then. The experts do say that any beverages with caffine should not count toward your water but flavored waters and the like should be okay as long as the majority is real water. I personally only count water but I do flavor with lemon sometimes! :o)
Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength
I must learn to love the fool in me- the one who feels too much, talks too much, takes too many chances, wins sometimes and loses often, lacks self-control, loves and hates, hurts and gets hurt, promises and breaks promises, laughs and cries...
Question - when you are counting how much water you drank do you include the water that was in the crystal light or ice tea you had in the day as well. i usually do but someone mentioned that I shouldn't. Just looking for a little guidence. :)
