I prefer coffee - hot or cold. I know you're not supposed to reward yourself with food, but on Fridays I treat myself to a cappacino with non-fat milk and Splenda if I've worked out for 5 hours from Friday to Thursday. It's the only day I have coffee now. Used to be a daily drinker.
