Sure, that sounds like an interesting plan. I'm a few days late but I can still try to make every day in August count.
My dash will be to track every day everything I eat
I will also do at least 10 minutes of exercise a day
And will make sure that I drink my 8+ glasses of water a day.
I find it is easier if I have small challenges along the way.
Anyone want to join me?
It is the 18th of August.. So we have 13 days left in August.
My dash to the end of August is to lose 5 lbs!
