I've been tracking my food since the 4th. It's really an eye-opener! When you don't write it down, you "forget" about that cookie or handful of nuts or whatever. Writing everything down really makes it painfully clear where the hidden calories are. I've lost 8 lbs since March 4th and I owe alot of it to tracking my food in a journal. I'm up for the challenge!

Well Night one.. I tracked my food all day- I was looking good until I got home from work and my parents were working on my house.. So We cleaned until 8ish and then Brian and I were left with no food and my parents were ordering pizza- I would have been fine having za but Brian isnt a big Za person so we went to get a movie since we dont have cable and then got Wendy's ugh... Bad decision. I can in over in all my tracking yesterday and I am paying for it today..
