After tonight I will be at 375 for the week and 1250 for the month! I hope to get a session in tomorrow as well, but I have jury duty so timing could really go either way, I could get out early or end up having to stay the whole time and end up with a horrible commute home. Here's to hoping we get out early!

Thank Kathy.. I am feeling laods better I got back to the gym yesterday at lunch for my walk and did a body rock when I got home. so 45 yesterday 852 I think 1000 is definatlely going to happen this month..

Started the week off strong, got 210 minutes between Monday and Tuesday, bringing the total to 1085 for the month! I've got my first dress fitting the second weekend in March so I'm going to really be watching it and working out a LOT in the next few weeks, this challenge just kicked it into high gear a little early :) Thanks for the support!
CODILYNN2 - I hope you are feeling better! I got sick in December and it knocked me out of commission for a couple of weeks, paired with all of the December temptations it was not good. I wish you the best of luck in a quick, healthy recovery!

I totally slacked this weekend and then got sick... Still at 807 and I am not doing anything today either want to make sure I am better before I start.
Planning on going the next 5 Days though. I know I will be getting plenty of exercise Saturday and Sunday we are taking down our popcorn ceiling and pulling up carpet. Cant wait to be fully moved in hopefully in a couple weeks.

First week of February was a little low in terms of minutes..... But 75 mins so far this week and the future hubs and I are trying Bosu Bootcamp at Crunch Fitness tonight!
If anyone is into workout dvds, I'd recommend trying some of the Bob Harper ones. I got several for like 5 bucks each. I also like Jillian Michaels, Jari Love, and Jackie Warner.
Anyone have any other favorites to recommend?

Here's the monthly update Saturday (2/4) - 45 minutes between the stair climber and circuit training Monday (2/6) - 60 minutes with the trainer and 15 minutes running Tuesday (2/7) - 60 minutes circuit training and 20 minutes on the stair climber
I finally feel like I'm making some progress this year! I got sick in December and with the holidays I just went really off track and January I was slow to get back into it, but this month feels great so far and this challenge is helping :)
