I am actually working on two scrapbooks.
The first is a book for my grandma. My grandpa was in the Army and fought in WWII. Each year, for the past 54-55 years, they have had an annual reunion where the guys and their families all got together for the weekend. Sadly, there are only about 5 men remaining. However, the plan is to still have the reunion this year. My grandpa passed away in 1998. After not going to the reunion for a few years after, my grandma has continued to attend (a lot of the widows do). We always take her. Throughout the years, many pictures have been taken. For Christmas two years ago, I got everything to put together a reunion album with a military/Americana theme. Each year, I add new pictures to it.
The second is a book for me. Since 2004 two college friends and I have continued the college tradition of Mom's Weekend. Each year we rotate who's area we visit and spend two nights and three days hanging out. At first it was just us three and our three moms. However, over the years they both have gotten married and had kids. The kids always tag along, so you know there's going to be pictures galore. I have put together a scrapbook of all of our adventures. It is also one that gets updated every year.
