Having a tough time right now. If any of you lovely ladies is willing to chat via sparkmail I would greatly appreciate it. Alternately I am on yahoo chat as hazeldreams72.
I really need to bounce off some questions about MS and how it affects moods. Would rather not on here as I now have a few real life friends of my Hub on my spark friends list.
thx ..

Thanks guys! I will check them out. I have one that I got in the mail the other day for free called "Yoga for people with multiple sclerosis" with Baron Baptiste and Dr. Elliot Frohman. I need to clear my living room floor first!
hehe yes that's how you spell it.. YEE! and I have the am/pm dvd too.. I've several of them and so far have loved them all! I sorta went gung ho when I bought my yoga dvds.. but haven't been disappointed by anything Rodney Yee has put out.

I LOVE Rodney Yee & Patricia Walden's yoga DVDs!
Check out the A.M./P.M. yoga & gentle yoga DVD's. (I actually have them on old school VHS, but they're released now on DVD.)

Chelsea I see you were asking about yoga and pilates..
I have been doing on and off a beginners yoga series on dvd and then purchased a pilates tape (windsor pilates).. omg.. no thanks. Too high intensity, but not just high intensity.. I don't know how to explain it but it felt like old style aerobics workouts.. yuck.
I highly highly recommend Rodney Yi (sp?) I think that's his name will double check as I plan to squeeze some yoga in today... beginners yoga dvd. I bought it off Amazon. It's stretching at it's best and complete and utter relaxation.

I cant remember where I read this but I loved it and wanted to share. The wife rated her MS sypmtoms on a scale from 1-10 and put the number on the fridge so when her husband came home he knew immediately what kind of day she was having.

I am thinking of reading about yoga and pilates and finding out what the difference is between them. Maybe I can try to do either at night since my insmnia is so bad.
How long have you been doing yoga? In the past I tried tai chi chuan which is a form of movement meditation. I may go back to that. I don't know.

Yoga has been wonderful for me! It destresses me and has helped my balance amazingly!
