Ladies, now would be the perfect time for you to go on the Cabbage Soup Diet! You could eat all the hot, filling, tasty cabbage soup that you wanted for 4 days, adding to that fruit on the first day, veggies and on the second, (plus that big baked potato with butter for dinner), fruit & veggies on the third, and then bananas plus milk on the fourth! And....the best part is that you'd lost 5 or more pounds. You could do this! It's the best time of the year for it and you'd be rid of your holiday fat gain!
