Water, always start with two tall tumblers of water with my vitamins. On to more water, black coffee, green tea! Heading out for some spin bike workout and meeting with bike club folks to talk about ride plans later this year!

1) Get in 10-12 glasses of water Never a problem

2) Take your multi-vitamin every morning

3) Just kick back and enjoy your day. Will enjoy the day

4) You choose your exercise for your level of fitness A walk across the Rio Grande River into Mexico. Last time we walked it, it was over 2 miles over and back!!
