Oops, poor eating today with working at our rummage/bake sale all day. Lunch available was hamburgers or chili and chips. A very fast snack(dinner) at home before going again. Tomorrow probably similar. Goal NOT met but expected for this weekend! (all weekend)!!

Eileen

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

Happy Friday to you!

Your challenge today is to SAY NO TO EMPTY CALORIES. That means, steer clear of:

*Donuts, pastries, cookies, crackers, cereals, and baked goods filled with processed white flour and loads of sugar

*Drinks loaded with sugar

*Chips

*Candy and "junk food"

Really concentrate on eating healthy today. Make every meal & snack count.

Have a great Friday!
