There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

After a laid back day at home I realized it was getting late and hadn't yet done any workout so got the dumb bells & resistance bands out for some ST and hopped on ye olde treadmill (after dusting it off...lol!) and put in 35 mins. @ 4 mph...enough to work up a shower-able sweat!

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

Happy Monday to you!

Your challenge today is to WORK OUT YOUR LEGS.
Great exercises to do this are:

*Brisk walking
*Swimming
*Exercise video or gym class (i.e. Spinning, etc.)
*Biking

How will YOU work out your legs today?

****always remember to work at your own pace and fitness level****

Have a great Monday!
