Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

Weds. is my day on the Octane elliptical. I keep trying to push my caloric burn up and last Weds. I hit my all-time high of 440 calories in 30 mins. Now I know that the accuracy of calories burned on exercise equipment is questionable, but I use it as a gauge for how much I have pushed myself during a workout...i.e. I keep pushing the number upward!

If you are doing cardio training, try one of the following:

*Go for a longer time
*Increase the intensity

Hope all have a FANTASTIC Wednesday!
