i got 142 today......................... emoticon

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Tuesday to you!

he challenge is to try to get as many points as can.
This IS NOT a race against others.
This is a way to challenge yourself.

How do you get points? You can:
*Spin the wheel
*Log in all your food
*Exercise, exercise, exercise
*Drink all of your water
*Read articles
*Make a Spark recipe
*Post messages
*Mark off items under Other Exercise
*Mark off your daily goals
*Do a web search etc.....

Get busy and have a FANTASTIC Tuesday!
