There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

strength training today (total body)...and a chiropractor appt.....tomorrow afternoon, 50 minute yoga class....sunday....total body strength training again......have a great weekend!!!!

Your challenge today is to WORK YOUR LOWER BODY.
Can you do 3-5 lower body exercises?

Spark exercises (there are many more under Fitness):

*Genie Sit
*Squats
*Calf Raises
*Lunges
*Lying Abduction
*Seated leg extensions (w/band too)

Use your imagination.
The weekend is almost here.
