When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Are you just psychic? I have planned to look into some "50something" teams. Not ready to leave my "40 Something" teams behind as they are some of my favs, but thinking I want to add some folks sharing the 50s with me!

changed my current weight a week ago.....changed my workout schedule...doing more strength training and yoga (or mat pilates)...i'll look into some others...

Have a FANTASTIC Monday!

Your challenge today is to Update YOUR Spark.
When was the last time you:

*Reviewed the boards you belong to? If you don't read them or are not active on them, maybe it is time to purge them from your page OR become reacquainted with them?

*Put in your current measurements?

*Put in your current weight?

*Have you increased your exercise recently? If so, you need to put your fitness level into the system. Spark will tailor your nutritional needs to fuel your active lifestyle.

*Reevaluated your goals? What is a healthy weight that you would like to reach?

*What vitamins/minerals are your Spark nutrition tracker tracking? There are LOTS of things that your tracker can do. When was the last time you updated it?

*How many daily goals does your tracker have down for you? Do you have a hard time remembering to walk the dog or make your bed? Have the tracker remind you daily. The best part? You get points for doing it!

*When was the last time you updated your Spark page or wrote in your blog? Today would be an EXCELLENT DAY to do so.

*Do you have friends or co-workers that want to start a healthier lifestyle? What a wonderful gift to share with them - the gift of SPARK! Update your support base by recommending people to Spark. There is nothing like losing weight and becoming healthy with the support of those you care about.

*Have you had some changes in your life and need to get support? Feel free to introduce yourself again on the "Introduce Yourself" area of the Community Board. You don't have to be a new Spark member to do this. Sometimes sharing your challenges and seeking advice is the BEST WAY to get on the road to healthy living.
