Well, it was back to hip hop class for me tonight-no equipment required...but a great workout!

yoga class this evening....will do some strength and stretching using joe d bands and the stretch out strap.....strength training tomorrow using machines at the gym...

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to BREAK OUT THE EQUIPMENT.
Whether you are doing cardio or strength today, you need to make your workout more demanding by using one or more of the following:

*Stability Ball
*Resistance bands
*Weights
*Medicine Ball
*Weighted gloves
*Trampoline
*Pull Up bar
*Push Up handles
*Exercise Wheel
*Jump Rope
* Pilates or yoga bricks, resistance balls, rings, etc.

Push yourself today a bit more than usual.
