There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

My ideal night is 7-7.5 hours and I shoot for that every night. 8 is a bit too much-feel groggy, must awake in the wrong sleep phase...

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to GET 8 HOURS OF SLEEP.
For many of us, getting a full night of sleep is next to impossible.
In order to complete this challenge, you need to turn off the television, or put down the book.

Take a warm bath, put on your jammies, and GET SOME SLEEP!

Have a SWEET DREAMS Tuesday!
