getting ready to go to the gym for a 60 minute mat pilates class.....included in the hour is plenty of work on all body parts....legs certainly included....have good workouts all of you...

Your challenge today is to WORK OUT YOUR LEGS.
Great exercises to do this are:

*Brisk walking
*Swimming
*Exercise video or gym class (i.e. Spinning, etc.)
*Biking

How will YOU work out your legs today?
