There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Recycle every chance I get. Taking some clothes to the local clothes closet soon-one's that are too big for me or outgrown by my growing 15 yo!

Happy Friday & Saturday to you!

Today's challenge is to SPOIL THE WORLD.
There are many things you can do with this one.
Here are some suggestions:

*Recycle
*Donate
*Beautify your community
*Show kindness to strangers
*Give to charity or a person in need
*Pick up trash that isn't yours (while walking/hiking, etc.)

Make the world a better place over the next few days!

Have a great Friday & Saturday!
