Hmmmm, not sure what I am going to do this evening-depends on if I take the 15yo to swim practice at the Y, but there's definitely some burn in my future!

no burn today....60 minute yoga class early this evening at Fitness 360.....I'll do a few strength exercises prior to the class...but really, only to loosen up....tomorrow will be strength day...

Whether you are doing cardio or strength training, you can push yourself just a bit more today.

If you are doing strength training, try one of the following:

*Do more reps
*Add weight or add a bit more weight

If you are doing cardio training, try one of the following:

*Go for a longer time
*Increase the intensity
