pilates reformer class this afternoon at Hive.....preceded by some strength training....lots of equipment will be used today....

Happy Wednesday to you!

Your challenge today is to BREAK OUT THE EQUIPMENT.
Whether you are doing cardio or strength today, you need to make your workout more demanding by using one or more of the following:

*Stability Ball
*Resistance bands
*Weights
*Medicine Ball
*Weighted gloves
*Trampoline
*Pull Up bar
*Push Up handles
*Exercise Wheel
*Jump Rope
* Pilates or yoga bricks, resistance balls, rings, etc.

Push yourself today a bit more than usual.
