Remember when Mom told you to drink your milk? Mom was a smart woman and knew what was good for you. Foods that are rich in calcium help prevent osteoporosis and keep your bones strong.

Can you get in your daily calcium WITHOUT the use of your multi-vitamin today?

What foods are high in calcium? How about:

*Dairy products (i.e. yogurt, milk, cheese, ice cream, etc.)
*Dark green leafy vegetables
