good idea......i'll be doing some slow burn strength training this afternoon at the gym.....this evening, i'll try a meditation dvd.....it's something i really need to get into....

Your challenge today is to find 15 minutes for peace and quiet. Pull away from your computer, the television, the traffic, the kiddos, THE NOISE....

Grab a cup of your favorite beverage or
Go for a quiet walk or
Read something comforting or
Sit out on the back porch or....
Meditate
