Your challenge today is to see how many different COLORS you can eat from the fruit & vegetable group. Having a variety of colors daily insures that you are eating a range of foods that are loaded with different vitamins and minerals.
Remember to drink your water today as well. Fruits and vegetables are not only loaded with good vitamins/minerals, but they are also full of fiber. Opt for the fresh or steamed items whenever possible too.
