Have a lunch date today with a good friend, so I am not sure what I'll be having, but I do have some snacks:
green pear, yellow peach, red v8 (low Na++) blueberries-hey, I got my primary colors in-LOL

hmmm.....i know that i'll be eating radishes, lettuce, celery, green beans, and carrots today....so that's at least five different colors.....and at least 8 8 oz glasses of water.....

Happy Wednesday to you!

Your challenge today is to see how many different COLORS you can eat from the fruit & vegetable group. Having a variety of colors daily insures that you are eating a range of foods that are loaded with different vitamins and minerals.

Remember to drink your water today as well. Fruits and vegetables are not only loaded with good vitamins/minerals, but they are also full of fiber. Opt for the fresh or steamed items whenever possible too.

Have a RAINBOW OF FLAVORS Wednesday!
