I met my goal on drinking but didn't make the calorie range (it's high & hard to meet). Didn't make the cardio goal although I did get 45 mins. in walking. Was at my volunteer job today. I goof up my retirement schedule with working again:)D

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

Ditto, re: mowing...love my push / reel mower so I don't have to use gas. Some of my lawn, er...weeds, lol require the gas mower, however as the reel mower doesn't seem to whack those weeds back as well as the gas mower.

Well under way! Biked to work, guzzled my morning quart of water and two tall black coffees. Grapes & melon for breakfast, red peppers, apples, carrots, kale gazpacho waiting for lunch!

Happy Friday to you!!

Today's challenge is to do something to make you feel satisfied:
satisfied with your self that you have spent your time well..

Some examples are:

1-Drink your daily quota of water
2-Do your daily intake of fruits and veggies.
3-Meet you cardio or strength training goal.
4-Stay within your calorie and/or protein range.

You can use one of these or you can make up your own.

Post here to let us know what you did and how you have met your goal.

Have a great Friday!
