aiming for 3500 minutes for august............


There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Mine fitness center is only a mile from where I work...VERY handy! I think for a fitness center to "work" for folks convenience and location means EVERYTHING!

I do water aerobics with water weights 5 days each week at LA Fitness....I average 45 minutes each session....that would be 225 minutes.....I also do slow burn strength training twice each week....and will be adding 2 mat pilates classes each week.....it's nice to have a gym two minutes away from home....

Curious, I've never run a monthly fitness minutes report...I see my minutes really drop off during the winter to around 8,000 a month at my low. Been around 30,000 a month over the past three months...hello bicycle my dear friend! :-) Imagine I'll probably hit that again for August too!

It is time for determining your August CARDIO MINUTES.
How many minutes of cardio are you doing daily?
How many is that in a week? How much is that for a month?
Can you increase that for the month of August?

Your challenge today is to
DETERMINE HOW MANY CARDIO MINUTES YOU CAN DO IN THE MONTH OF August . Make a pledge to yourself.
You DESERVE to be healthy IN 2013.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can do TODAY.

Lastly, make a note of how many minutes you want to
accomplish in August .
You can make a note of your minutes here, as well as on your calendar.
Put a note in your gym bag.
Put a sticky note in your closet by your walking/running shoes.
YOU CAN DO THIS!
