“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Thursday to you!

Shorts season is here . There isn't a better time to get our legs trim and toned than now.

Your challenge today is to do an exercise (or several if you are doing strength training) to tone up your legs. Some activities could be:

*Strength training your lower body (i.e. squats, lunges, leg lifts, etc.)
*Bicycling (Spinning class)
*Rowing
*Step Aerobics
*Kickboxing (Turbo Jam & Tae Bo too!)
*Jogging
*Walking or hiking
*Swimming
*Roller Blading
*Skiing
*Playing a sport such as soccer or basketball

What can YOU do today to tone up your legs? Give it a try!

Have a FANTASTIC Thursday everyone!
