Your challenge today is to try to stay within the middle to low side of your fat and carbohydrate range.
Some fats are "good fats". Why not try:
*Dark Chocolate (more rich so you eat less)
When eating carbohydrates, go for Whole Grains such as:
*Steel Cut Oats
*Whole Grain breads
Remember that eating grains that are higher in fiber also require more water in your system. Make sure to drink your water as well!
