So I tried this last night...after cardio/strength class I decided to take a 2.5 mile walk. Usually I just do the class.

 Pounds lost: 46.9

will be doing 45 or 50 minutes of water aerobics with water weights and joe d bands.....won't be "burning" in the pool...but will be when i go out into the 90 degree temps outside.....i'll also do a yoga dvd here at home this evening....

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to FEEL THE BURN!
Whether you are doing cardio or strength training, you can push yourself just a bit more today.

If you are doing strength training, try one of the following:

*Do more reps
*Add weight or add a bit more weight

If you are doing cardio training, try one of the following:

*Go for a longer time
*Increase the intensity
*or do what you can!
