There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Avoid soda-any kind
Coffee-a little splenda and skim milk make it just right, but only a cup with breakfast
chocolate---if I am gonna eat it, it is going to be a special occassion and the real deal-LOL
Water-really gotta have it with this humidity!

*A regular soda - Try a diet soda.................i don't drink either...both are bad for you...
*A spoon of sugar in your coffee - Try a partial packet of artificial sweetener/stevia........i don't add sugar or other sweeteners to anything...
*Regular chocolate - Try a sugar-free version.........rarely eat candy....



P.S. Get in AT LEAST 8 glasses of water today too!.......at least 8, 8 oz glasses of water every day...

Your challenge today is this:
Can you cut your daily sugar or switch your regular sugary foods for lighter versions?
Instead of:

*A regular soda - Try a diet soda
*A spoon of sugar in your coffee - Try a partial packet of artificial sweetener/stevia
*Regular chocolate - Try a sugar-free version

As Spark says: Take small steps! What small change can you make today?
