Packed my lunch and snacks! Today's snacks:
Morning: cantaloupe and spicy hot low sodium V8
Afternoon: Fresh pineapple and blueberries

Planning for an evening snack of 1/2 skim milk 1/2 unsweetened Almond Breeze-gotta work on the calcium.

it is my plan.....i'll eat portion controlled meals.....fruits...veggies....lots of water....and i'll be at the gym this afternoon.....

Happy Tuesday to you!


Your challenge today is to EAT 3 + 2! Eat 3 HEALTHY meals and 2 HEALTHY snacks. Plan ahead by making your lunch in advance. Throw an apple, yogurt, or some nuts in for an afternoon snack. If you are only able to use a vending machine, look for items such as: granola bars, pretzels, or animal crackers. These are usually the lower fat/calorie items.
