There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Took my 3.6 mile route through the field and made it a point to walk off the path in the soft wet dirt for added resistance-reminded me of how hard it was to do a 5k in the sand :)

 Pounds lost: 46.9

i'll be at LA Fitness this afternoon doing 45 minutes of water aerobics with water weights.....moving my legs for the entire time...

Your challenge today is to WORK OUT YOUR LEGS.
Great exercises to do this are:

*Brisk walking
*Swimming
*Exercise video or gym class (i.e. Spinning etc.)
*Biking
