will be doing 45 or 50 minutes of water aerobics with water weights and my joe d band.....burn??.....maybe when i dip into the hot tub...lol.....

Whether you are doing cardio or strength training, you can push yourself just a bit more today.

If you are doing strength training, try one of the following:

*Do more reps
*Add weight or add a bit more weight

If you are doing cardio training, try one of the following:

*Go for a longer time
*Increase the intensity
