Hmmmmm, this is tough. Heading to the beach. With the longer days, may still have time to get in a nice walk before dark. After dark, the mosquitoes are atrocious.

3 mile run with the dog this morning then then a 3 mile run with dd this afternoon

I am not yet where I would like to be, but I am no longer where I was.

water aerobics with water weights will be done this afternoon for 50 minutes at LA Fitness.....i'll also do a yoga dvd this evening here at home....
