got the first uninterupted 7/12 hours sleep in months............... emoticon


There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

My goal is 7 hours. If I sleep for 8, at this point in my life, I feel groggy. 7-7.5 is perfection-wake up ready to roll! Strange how "delicate" our systems are....
Sleep is only of my daily goals I track, too, and I am on a streak!

Your challenge today is to GET 8 HOURS OF SLEEP. For many of us, getting a full night of sleep is next to impossible. In order to complete this challenge, you need to turn off the television, or put down the book.

Take a warm bath, put on your jammies, and GET SOME SLEEP!
